Who We Are
RiteCare Michigan is a community-based program for court-involved youth that combines therapeutic support, skill-building, and mentoring in a warm, structured environment where young people and their families feel seen, supported, and respected. We partner with juvenile courts, probation, and families to serve youth ages 12–17 who are navigating court involvement, school challenges, or family stressors. We welcome youth with moderate to higher levels of need and work closely with caregivers who are ready to be part of the change process.

What We Offer
Our program is built around three flexible service pathways so support can match each youth and family’s needs—center-based after-school programming with community support, intensive home- and community-based services, or structured after-school services only. Across all pathways, youth receive evidence-based therapy, life and social skills training, health and wellness activities, and advocacy-based mentoring that help them practice new skills in real-life settings at home, school, and in the community.

How Our Program Works
Youth move through a clear three-phase progression that starts with engagement and stabilization, moves into focused skill-building and behavior change, and ends with leadership, mentoring of others, and graduation readiness. Progress is earned through participation, behavior, and demonstrated use of new skills, allowing each young person to see and celebrate their growth over time.

Local Partnerships and Community Supports
RiteCare Michigan is rooted in local collaboration, and our programs are strengthened by strategic partnerships with schools, courts, community organizations, and neighborhood resources that extend support beyond our walls. Through these partnerships, youth and families gain access to additional services such as educational supports, mental and physical health resources, recreation, and community-based opportunities that reinforce progress and build long-term protective factors.
